Our most versatile room with non-fixed seating. Bring in more seats to fill the room with guests, or strike seating and set up tables! Or, make a circle of chairs! There’s so many way to transform this space to fit whatever needs you may need! Conferences, dinner parties, presentations, yoga, dance parties…there’s plenty of unique ways this room can be transformed!

Theatre 3 at Art House Cinema & Pub

If you’re hosting a movie night, you’re gonna love this theater! If you need just a little more seating than the Taj Singh, this is the place to be, but without the versatility to move the seating. But every seat is the best seat in the house!

Seating: 700

If you need the wow factor, The Babcock has you covered! Corporate meetings and parties, school events, movie nights, and concerts are no problem in this place. Plus, you get the whole place to yourself!

Our rates at both locations are scalable to better fit type, attendance size, and length of event based on amount of staff needs.  

A deposit is required to secure your date.
Final contracts and deposit must be received no less than 14 days before all events
(please allow longer period for any public events).

We do not book events within 14 days of event date!
